  1. Parking for one vehicle is included with your stay and is allowed in the designated parking spot marked with the reservation's unit number.
  2. Guests must be at least 18 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different).
  3. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  4. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  5. All guests shall abide by Beach 5 Villas' good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  6. Pets are allowed in pet-friendly rooms only. We allow dogs under 30 lbs. with a $25.00 fee per pet per night. Fees must be paid before check-in. A fee of $300.00 will be charged to the credit card given at the time of check-in if there is a pet staying in a room that does not allow pets.
  7. Smoking in the suites and patios is strictly prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking in the suite, a fee of $300.00 will be charged to the credit card given at the time of check-in.
  8. Linens and Towels Policy: Guests understand and agree not to use bedding, towels, or linens for purposes such as removing makeup or cleaning dirt, sand, mud, or debris from shoes or beach equipment. Makeup-specific towels are provided in each unit, and an outdoor shower station is available for rinsing off sand or cleaning beach gear. A $150.00 fee will be charged for any damages or stains on linens, towels, or bedding that cannot be effectively removed through standard laundering methods.
  9. Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking. The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
  10. The person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to the room, furnishings, fixtures, linens, towels, bedding, or property and agrees to reimburse Beach 5 Villas by the credit card given at check-in, and also gives Beach 5 Villas authorization to do so should damage occur.
  11. Beach 5 Villas and staff assume no responsibility for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
  12. Travel Insurance: We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason. If you elect to purchase travel insurance coverage for your reservation, we encourage you to review your insurance policy wording for all eligibility, benefits, terms, and conditions.
  13. Nassau County began collection of the Amelia Island Tourist Development Tax, also known as “bed tax”, effective January 1, 1989 pursuant to Nassau County Ordinance 88-31 and increased to the current rate of 5% effective July 1, 2018 under Nassau County Ordinance 2018-16. The Amelia Island Tourist Development Tax applies to any living quarters or accommodations, including but not limited to, hotels, motels, apartment buildings, single or multifamily dwellings, mobile home parks, recreational vehicle parks, condominiums, cottages, and boats permanently affixed to a dock and not operated on the water by the tenant. Any person who rents or leases any transient accommodations for a period of 6 months or less is responsible for collecting and remitting the tax.  Sales and Use Tax of 7% must also be collected and remitted to the Florida Department of Revenue.
