This unit is pet friendly and allows dogs under 30 lbs with a $25.00 fee per night per pet.  You can pay the pet fee at the time of the reservation.

Cancel Full refund if cancel within 48 hours of booking. The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
