Our goal is to keep that old-school Florida charm but with modern amenities, creating a boutique-style resort without the luxury price tag. We’ve already completed Phase One, which means nine of the 14 units are renovated with fresh, modern designs. We also installed super-fast Wi-Fi, so you can stream, game, or hop on your Zoom calls without a hitch—even outside! Future plans? We’re working on finishing four more two-bedroom units, plus adding awesome landscaping, a heated pool, and a jacuzzi to make your stay even better. To help ensure the safety of nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, we’ve installed special turtle-safe lighting on the second floor of our property. These amber-colored lights are designed to reduce the risk of disorienting sea turtles, as traditional white lights can cause them to stray from the ocean. By using these specially designed lights, we help keep the beach dark and natural, allowing hatchlings to safely find their way to the water and ensuring nesting mothers are not disturbed.
